Our home didn’t have hand rails for our porch and steps and my wife was scheduled for a knee replacement in a couple of weeks. Needless to say, I had a real dilemma. I contacted Jeff and told him of our dilemma and he told me he would let back to me. He called me the next day and asked again the dates of the surgery. He came out two days later measured and sketched out a design for the rails. His team installed the rails days before my wife’s knee replacement which is and was a life saver.
